Workplace Mediation Services
There has always been conflict in the workplace, but now it seems to be on the rise. More and more, people are turning to workplace mediation as a solution, with over 95% of cases ending in resolution. That’s why leading bodies now recommend it as a go-to approach for sorting out workplace disputes.
At OneHR, our workplace mediation services can help your organisation with a wide range of issues – from bullying, harassment, and discrimination to performance concerns, team or personality clashes, and disagreements between management and unions. Whatever the conflict, mediation encourages open conversations and helps people understand each other better and strengthen relationships to move forward.
By choosing us to help resolve disputes, you’ll save time, reduce costs, and more importantly reduce stress. Mediation provides a quicker, less stressful way to handle problems compared to letting them fester or turning to formal procedures.
We work with businesses of all sizes across Brighton & Hove, London, and remotely throughout the UK. Our approach ensures that local businesses and national organisations alike receive consistent, high-quality workplace mediation support.

- Confidence in Confidentiality: CMC accreditation guarantees that the mediator upholds confidentiality, offering a secure and private environment where all parties can communicate openly without fear of reprisal.

What are the benefits of choosing workplace mediation?
Bringing in an impartial, professional mediator for workplace mediation delivers significant benefits including:
Unbiased Conflict Resolution
An external mediator ensures complete objectivity, fostering trust among all parties involved. Internal HR teams can sometimes be constrained by existing relationships and organisational obligations.
Improved Workplace Relationships
Mediation allows for open dialogue, helping employees resolve misunderstandings and strengthen their relationships. This promotes a more collaborative and cohesive workplace.
Cost-Effective Solution
Addressing conflicts early through mediation reduces the risk of grievances escalating into costly legal disputes. It’s a proactive investment in your organisation’s well-being and financial health.
Bespoke Solutions
Every organisation is different. An objective mediator brings an outsider’s perspective to tailor solutions that suit your specific workplace culture and needs, facilitating long-term resolutions that benefit everyone.
Boosts Employee Morale and Retention
When conflicts are managed effectively, employees feel heard and valued. This can lead to improved morale, reduced stress, and greater job satisfaction, ultimately boosting retention rates.

- One day of mediation (for two parties – longer for three or more)
- Producing a signed Mediation Outcome Agreement
- Follow-up four weeks after the mediation
NB: Sometimes we offer services outside of this process including facilitated conversations which is charged at £150 p/hr.
We offer these services both face to face and virtually. Face to face meetings may incur travel and living expenses.
